“I called Far Hills Pest Control. Greg Faulk, the owner, texted me when he was on his way. He identified the insect and then told us how he was going to get rid of the nest. All done in a timely manner from first contact to clean up. Also he noticed that the wire screen over my furnace vent was broken and replaced it at no charge. Very pleased with the service. He also gave us a nice military discount which we appreciated and so was very reasonable compared to another company that I had called first.“

“The staff was/ have been friendly but overall the communication between the call center, the men who came to inspect our home and the crew who came to clean/set up has been disappointing. There seems to be a gap in communication and has caused some confusion and delays between everyone. Highly suggest the staff double check there notes, ( like who they’re supposed to call/contact ) I was called multiple occasions when it was noted to please reach my husband as I had no part in this process. So with this review, I would say you’re okay to use Orkin, they did their job and apologize for the inconvenience but note the communication needs a lot of work.
