Yes,scheduling may present some difficulty. Call when they open at 8. Once they set a date, weeks ahead , I was prepared for failure. But they had my name and job. 3 days later the job is done. Done well. I am VERY pleased. Did I say, VERY PLEASED! Job: full basement electricity/lights.
Had water drainage issues and Tom and Jerry’s found a collapsed sump drain line. They dug a new line and fixed my problem. They did a great job and actually left a smaller mess in my yard than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to others.
So. Dumb - ME! We've used this company for years and it wasn't until this week's service call where I had my lightbulb moment to write a review of them. DUH ??♀️.While the service they provided was, as always, top-notch (read: timely, efficient, professional...), it was the above-and-beyond service provided in the beginning of 2023 that leaves me feeling completely remiss not reviewing sooner.We discovered our basement flooded two hours before we were due to leave on a scheduled (and paid for) vacation.
