The service desk has lazy people on it. I tried calling in to let them know from a pick up order I had, I had missing items, I sat on hold for over 20 minutes waitting. the issue of having no cares for their customers. I feel they do this as to prevent it from being anything negitive. They can avoid answering thinking someone will just hang up and not deal with it. The only reason I haven't gone in and confronted them is the distance. However the time it took to get someone on the phone is STUPID! Then they decided to play phone tag with me. IF EVER you are in Findlay and need to go to walmart do the smart thing and go to the one on Tiffan Ave. At least they answer phone calls right away, and help you out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN!

Question, is it customary for head cashiers and security to be profiling customers based on gender, age or race even. I have a family member who does the grocery shopping for our family. They have noticed that upon checking out a few employees are near. It never occurred to them that they were being profiled. A couple of times they have double scanned an item and "luckily" a cashier is there to "help" out. This family member never thought that they were being observed, but they were. It's a small world and it was brought to this family member's attention that they were being "observed". Comments were made by certain higher employees that "these people" always try to steal. Trenton Ave Walmart shame on you. This family member does not want to shop at this location anymore. Online shopping is probably the only option, hopefully I don't get judged by the vehicle I pull up in to get my order. Disappointed customer.
