“STAY AWAY!! The process of getting the roof went ok, however their communication went down hill quickly after the project was done. I'm hoping it was just the sales guy I was dealing with, but he takes WEEKS to respond, and I had to email him multiple times, plus message their Facebook page to get a response. The first time, he spoke so rudely to me on the phone, that I now refuse to communicate outside of email. Our shingles are started to get mildew on them, which shouldn't happen after only two years. When I contacted my sales person, I was told I needed to file a claim through Certain teed myself. Once I figured out how to do that, I realized that I don't have all the necessary information, like number of shingle packs (the phrase is escaping me right now) or roof size. Neither of which were on quote or final. CertainTeed also requires the removal of the mildewy shingle and shipping it to them. Their notes state to replace with a new shingle ASAP as the claim can take weeks. Sales guy said he would check to see if someone there could help. Over a month (and 3 emails from me)...the sales guy said they couldn't help and all of it was my responsibility. They boast about their wonderful warranty and how great they treat customers, but then leave them high and dry. I hope this is just my sales guy and not the company as whole. I have been afraid to write a review for them because of the aggressive communication I have previously received. STAY AWAY.“

“Part of my neighbors tree fell on my garage and pushed it forward as well as causing damage to the roof, soffit and gutters. I called Deitemeyer Brothers because I found them on this website. ***************** was ******* that came out and inspected the damage and coordinated the crews that would be taking care of this. I have never seen an estimate so detailed, with pictures and explanations and they even spoke with my insurance company to help get this taken care of. ***** were different contractors that fixed my garage, better than it was, I might add and all were so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked on my garage went above and beyond to get it finished before bad weather set in. Everything, down to the last window latch, was taken care of. I would highly recommend Deitemeyer Brothers, which I have already been doing. *** was truly the hands and feet of ***** and was definitely an answer to my prayers! “

After the work they did on the outside of our home; we are planning our kitchen renovation with them. They actually came out and fixed a situation where we got stiffed by another company that left us hanging and took our money. He was busy,but fit us in. Nothing was an issue.“
