MBCo is great to work with! They build beautiful/quality houses which is one of the many reasons we chose to use them as contractors for our new build. They cared about our interests and made our dream home become a reality. I highly recommend them!
My husband and I worked with Metzger Brecheisen on a sunroom addition for our house. We are very pleased with the quality workmanship and attention the project received. Project manager Scott Wagner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
As a project manager for a local non-profit, we were in search of a contractor to rehab a severely dilapidated house that was purchased adjacent to our property. After meeting with several contractors, Metzger-Brecheisen was the only contractor that was engaged enough to provide a price estimate based on our vision for the project. Needless to say, we hired MB to complete this project for our agency. The project involved all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exterior renovations, insulation, ADA accessibility, new roof, significant plaster repairs (due to water leaks from compromised roofing), painting, new kitchen, and hardwood floor restoration.
