We had a tree take out my power line at my office, Cira Insurance Agency in Findlay on April 29, 2025. I called a friend to see if he knew anyone the could make emergency electricity repairs so AEP could reconnect the power. After AEP ran power lines back to my building and straightened the pole. My friend said Charles Beagle or his son Levi was coming right over. They arrived and fixed the electric line within an hour and got us back in business. Thank you for the fast repair and friendly service. Definitely 5 star service!
