“I was extremely pleased with the work done by Absolute Roofing. My salesman, Carl, started with a roof inspection. He sent me photos and we discussed all the problem areas. He then provided a quote for the necessary repairs along with some other add-ons that were optional. I decided to replace the roof, gutters and had some masonry work done. Carl also provided product and warranty information along with color sample boards. Once I narrowed the shingle color down, Carl provided addresses of homes in the area that had the colors I was interested in, so I could see exactly what the roof would look like. This was very helpful. The work was completed and I am extremely happy with the results. The crew did a great job cleaning up debris from the yard. Carl even returned afterwards and hung a picture that had fallen off the wall during the roofing process. Excellent company, I highly recommend.“

The entire team was fantastic!! They said they would arrive at 8am, and the entire team was here at 8am. They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

I searched all the threads in neighborhood /Berea Facebook groups, Nextdoor, etc. in addition to Google) before picking the contractors for estimates because I've heard so many roofing horror stories and it's a big investment. Every single "Does anyone know a good roofer?" thread in all of those groups Benedict comes up most frequently with people saying great things. I'll post another update here after the project is done, but so far I'm very impressed. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would, which is important to me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and fair. He managed my expectations well about timing too. I'm happy to make them my top pick of the roofers vetted, and looking forward to the project start!“

“I had a great experience with Royalty start to finish. Tyler gave a great presentation with detailed information on the different materials used and steps in the process. He was very responsive and easy to work with through some of the challenges in my situation. I went with the 50 year transferrable warranty option, my opinion that it's the best value. “Due to a storm in my neighborhood, there were plenty of "restoration" and "repair" companies combing our area. Many were leaving flyers or ringing doorbells. Had a hard time figuring out who to contact. After Brand was done making his pitch and providing some information, I had 123 Exteriors analyze my house. I contacted my insurance and 123 Exteriors was there during the insurance adjusters visit to help promote my house as a candidate for repairs. Once approved, 123 Exteriors sat down and we went through what my insurance would cover and what they would do. Was pleased with Adam's explanation on how they followed manufactures recommendations regarding installation of roof, siding and gutters. Installation took a while to start, but was done without a break from the different trades. Was very pleased with the mechanic Joe, who did an excellent job in the detail work. Took one week to replace roof (two layers), aluminum siding and gutters. Was very pleased with how job turned out. Still waiting for final insurance payment at this time.“
