The work was well done and quick. One of the ball valves was actually moved to the other side of a 90 degree to make any future repairs even easier. “I contacted Dan yesterday because my elderly parent's garbage disposal wasn't working and the sink was retaining water. He answered the phone right away and discussed a few things to try and troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately, I had tried them all to no avail. He told me he was pulling up to another job, however he would be over right after. Not only did he come within a few hours of me calling him on a Saturday, but he fixed the issue, left a tool to fix the issue should it arise again and took less than what he was going to originally charge because he didn't want to leave my dad with no money in his pocket. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work.
