I called Classic Floors to get an installation estimate for hardwood floors. I gave them detailed information on my project, including the room dimensions. I was told an estimator needed to view the house and the first appointment was a week away. So I scheduled a day/time for an estimator to view the project in my home. Tina called the day before to confirm my appointment. Then on the SAME day as my appointment, a man called to cancel. He had reviewed the details of my project and it would not be worth his time to do the work.
