“Thank you to Dr. Ashley and the fantastic staff at Copley Fairlawn Vet Clinic! Our 13-year-old dog Molly has had multiple dentals at another vet, but her mouth was always smelly with decaying teeth soon after the dental. Dr. Ashley explained to us that she takes X-rays with her dental procedures to ensure she gets all of the decaying roots, and she even found a leftover root from the previous dental procedure. She is very thorough and we are thankful Molly is feeling so much better. Thank you!!“

“This should be pet owners one and only choice where to take their Fur kids for surgery. Dr. Owen & Staff are excellent, kind, compassionate and my pup has done so well after TPLO surgery. I so regret not taking my other Fur kid there for the same surgery, she went to the vet Business in Akron & suffered horribly after the surgery for 4 months and unfortunately then passed from Cancer. Very professional and attentive staff, knowledgeable and experienced veterinarian Dr. Virgil Tongish. Our kitty instantly fell into his hands, purring.
The office and exam rooms are well organized, clean, odorless, and comfortable. Separate in- and out- waiting rooms and hallways.
There is plenty of parking right near the entrance and a huge front lawn in case if your pup needs to jog off some anxiety before your appointment!“

“This vet left an impression on me. Over 20 years ago, there was a stray black lab living around Goodyear’s HQ in Akron. It was late fall and after months of trying to trap the dog to adopt it, I was given Dr. Slenn’s number as he worked with a group who tried to find homes for strays. Dr Slenn volunteered to find the dog and use a tranquilizer dart to capture him.

Unfortunately, the stray dog had a rare condition that made him allergic to the tranquilizer and he died. I know he felt terrible about it as I did, but it was not his fault. This vet loves animals and tries his best! If I still lived in the area and had dogs he would be the first vet I would call!!!“

“So I don't know why I have never reviewed our Vet before, but today (National Puppy Day), I feel like I should. My 3 dogs have been patients here, the oldest for 14+ years. We even moved 40+ minutes away, tried another vet ONCE, and came back. The entire staff is really quite remarkable. “We've entrusted Dr. Butera with the care of our pets since moving here from Georgia. Her staff is super friendly and really compassionate when it comes to handling sick animals. We've said goodbye to two pets since moving to Ohio, and the staff was so amazing and did all they could to ensure peace and comfort during a really difficult time. “I cannot begin to say enough good things about Dr.Perry. You will not meet a better or more compassionate advocate for you and your pet. Dr.Perry was willing to try any and all options we had to relieve arthritis pain in my senior dog, Such as acupuncture, laser treatment and Injectable arthritis meds. She was also my advocate when trying to diagnose my senior dog with further health issues. I called the office just about daily and she was always willing to receive my messages and hear my concerns. She went above and beyond what a normal vet would, and words will never express how grateful I am for her help and support during a difficult time.“

They really are thorough in diagnosing their health issues and treating their needs. Drs'. Kalo, Skavdahl, and Reinhart really know what they're doing. And our pets simply love and are completely at ease with them. They don't push or suggest any unnecessary tests which they may not need. We really appreciate their educational advice.
