I have been going to Vanessa for close to 7 years now. As someone with a long history of sports injuries, her knowledge and training puts me at ease. She always listens to my needs and caters the service towards it. She has been an instrumental part of rehabilitation of my back following injuries as well as helping with maintenance/management of chronic back pain. Furthermore, Vanessa has played an active role in helping me optimize my athletic performance as a competitive powerlifter and reducing injury risk. I can't recommend anyone more highly!

I had a great deep tissue massage by Vanessa for my sore shoulder. Great personality on top of a great massage was the icing on the cake. Weekend hours were a plus too. I'll be back again for sure.

She makes changes and adjustments to her techniques to make sure of my well being. I cannot highly recommend her enough. I truly look forward to seeing her.
