I was referred to Dr. Hazelwood by a friend and I am so pleased with the experience that I scheduled future appointments for my husband and our son. Dr. Hazelwood is fantastic and the whole staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect fit for glasses, explained how my insurance would pay for everything, and found the best option for payment which ultimately saved me around $100. 10/10 would recommend!
