Customers have had positive experiences at the Sam's Club Optical Center. One reviewer highly recommended the optometrist, Dr. Christopher Paulus, who was patient and attentive to their concerns. Another customer was impressed with the excellent service and cost-savings they received, managing to get two pairs of glasses for the price of one at their regular eye doctor. I visited four different eye doctor places. This one is the best. I would have not thought Samsclub can provide such an excellent service for eyes. The staff are super nice and easy to talk. They spent time to figure out the price and insurance coverage for you. They are peaceful and kind. Dr. Christopher Paulus is phenomenal. He is detail oriented and explains all necessary things you need to know about your eyesights. Even without insurance coverage, it only cost me $110 for both glasses and contact exam. He will test the contact on-site to make necessary adjustments. I feel very comfortable about the service there. 100% recommend this place.
Please read my long review! I went to my regular eye doctor and had my vision tested. I needed new glasses. They quoted me $835, but my insurance would pay $500. I said I’d have to think about it. So I went to Sam’s Club and received TWO pairs, a regular pair and a sunglasses pair, all paid for by my insurance, and I still have $250 left on my insurance card I can use! Instead of one pair costing me $335, I have TWO pairs that cost me NOTHING, and I still have insurance coverage left!! I am SO HAPPY! Thank you Kenny, Elena, and Cathy for doing such a great job for me.
Janice is amazing! I had the pleasure of waiting while someone else got their eye exam. She is personable friendly and right on task. I saw her working with young people, I would guess 7yrs to 12yrs, and she treated them like people, asked their names and they seemed to respond well to her. I would definately suggest Sam's Club optics to anyone from 5 to 120!Just an update: The entire staff was amazing!
