The online process was a breeze. Easy to use and understand. The order/shipping status updates were provided when status changed. got a call then order was delivered to the store. The pick up was easy: checked in at the front, drove to the back and got loaded, signed for the pickup and drive off. Took 5 min.
I received outstanding service from Jake and Caitlyn at the Fairlawn store. They were very helpful in helping me select stair flooring to match my existing wood flooring.
