It was a pleasant surprise to see Hand and Stone in Fairlawn!! The manager was so nice and Megan was so kind and helpful. Such a relaxing environment. My Hand and Stone membership has so many benefits. I love trying new locations and therapists while traveling!! I will be back.
Let me start by saying changes and updates are currently happening, so far looks great and I heard more to come also.
More importantly…Such a great experience, my therapist was professional and very knowledgeable of what I ACTUALLY needed versus what I THOUGHT I needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, I will definitely be coming back regularly! The young ladies at the front desk were very kind and sweet. They explained the membership details to me, I’m actually very surprised to know the membership includes a facial -WHAT?! I didn’t know that was even an option. Under new ownership! I'm so thankful for the new ownership and people at the front desk. They are so kind and helpful. I've always loved the massage therapist I see here, Jasmin. She does a wonderful deep tissue massage. Now that there is new ownership we are seeing some great changes!
