I was greeted at the door by two workers who made me feel like my business was important. I had several questions that the staff were able to answer so that I felt comfortable leaving my most valuable pieces of wardrobe. When I returned to pick up my clothes they were ready and I was greeted at the door by the same two members of the staff that recognized me and my clothes were as clean as if they were new. Very positive experience.

Very quick service. For a while was using the pickup service from our door, but didn’t need it as much. Love the drive through option at location in Fairlawn! Shirts pressed nicely with light starch, not too stiff ! Overall, very pleased.
