I called in requesting a walk-in haircut/trim. They were very polite on the phone and did accommodate sudden request. I was scheduled with Julia. AMAZING service. She was very kind, cut my hair exactly the way I requested, and did not rush my appointment- as I was a walk-in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had my hair done here after I had an incident with my hair. I was very embarrassed but let me tell you when you walk into this place it is like hair heaven. The lady at the front desk was so kind and it was genuine. Mary not only cut my hair but she styled it and showed me how to use curling products on my hair. Very attentive, patient, down to earth and the process was smooth. If you want to experience a five star wash and shampoo with haircut where it doesn't rip you're wallet, I suggest here. The prices are worth what you receive and you leave feeling like a new person.Thank you
The staff are always kind, and the stylists are amazing. I have never walked away from Aro upset, and I always feel like I receive the best care because they hold themselves to high standards.
