Sydney at the Fairlawn location was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. She was attentive to my needs and very helpful with information. She’s great with making customers feel comfortable.
Sydney was amazing, there were so many people scheduled back to back with a shortage of staff you could tell that they were stressed out. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 and was there until after closing time. Sydney asked if I could reschedule and I was hesitant at first but she offered to discount my visit for the inconvenience and that made the decision much easier. She really cares about customer service and not just the bottom dollar. She cared about my wait, the inconveniences and really took care of me when I came back. Amazing. I feel blessed.
