Every single staff member was patient and knowledgeable. They were also very willing to help, which is becoming less common these days. The Fairfield location will definitely be my go to for any future tech claims.
All the employees I encountered were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Ashley the young man who helped me was a very pleasant person to deal with. I definitely recommend UBREAKIFIX on Rt 4!
Dave was fantastic at the Fairfield Ohio store. He provided excellent customer service in a very stressful environment. He deserves 10 stars out if 5 as he took care of a complicated repair process for me.
