I’m a new TruGreen customer. Your Tech, Patrick, was OUTSTANDING! Patrick called me ahead of arriving, was very polite and professional. When he arrived, he rang my doorbell, introduced himself, walked around my yard with me to understand my lot, and explain what he was going to do. Watching him on my yard cameras, he was thorough and quick.

Today was supposed to be my first day of service. Sat at home all day and no one showed up. I checked my account and the appointment had been canceled with no reason. I called customer service and was told the system wasn't showing on their the visit had been canceled. Found out they were coming to reseed when I requested weed control first as my lawn was overgrown with weeds. Hopefully this is not a sign of the kind of service I'll be getting. I already paid for a year so I guess I'll have to wait and see...
