We Needed help with some unwanted pest that had made there way into our office so we called and with in a few hours a fella named Bruce called let us know his ETA when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and what chemicals he was going to apply. Very courteous and professional from beginning to end. Will definitely use them in the future..

James has been my Terminix technician for a few years. He always communicates when he is scheduled and when he will arrive and is very accommodating if I need to reschedule. James is very friendly and is very helpful answering questions I have about any of my services. No matter how hot, cold, rainy or snowy it may be he always arrives with a smile.
