The website indicates you’ll receive a $10 voucher when you sign up for emails. I signed up and received nothing. Went for a manicure and the manicure itself was bare minimum effort! Limited massage, no hot towel, polish color selection did not match the polish they brought out, and my “gel” polish has started chipping within a week! I’ve never had a gel polish chip! Needless to say, I will never go back!UPDATE!: I went back because a long time customer encouraged me to go back and have Puna do my nails! Puna is so wonderful! I’m so glad I went back to her!!! I am from out of state and walked in at 10:00 am without an appointment. They were friendly and got sat me down 10 minutes later. Tom did my pedicure and he was amazing! Best foot/calf massage ever and he miraculously softened my cracked and dry heel. Thank you! Wish I lived closer - I would be every couple of weeks!
