My condo association has used Gear for ages and I think they do a great job!!! Unfortunately because of some people that complain about everything we will be going with another company next year. I told our management company that the majority of us have had ZERO issues and that the people that complain about everything should be told to hire their own company and pay for it themselves.Services: Gardening services

Good company to work for! The managers are picky when it comes to the jobs but good to under. The pay is above average and the senior management is well organized and cares for everyone.To the people screaming that they’re calling ICE, how you ever heard of a visa? Most of the guys working for them are US citizens, very few are here on a visa. TR Gear doesn’t hire illegals.
