“The staff of this location in Fairfield are TOP NOTCH!! Every person we interacted with was kind, professional, understanding and helpful. My mom was transported from a nursing home and is wheelchair confined. She was extremely late to the appointment due to transport driver being late to pick her up. They still worked her in and treated her kindly and professionally without rushing her through the process. Several staff and the Doctor were there past closing time too! Then, the transport driver refused to take her home and left my mom stranded. A few of the staff members stayed and called the transport company on our behalf. I cannot express enough our appreciation for all those who interacted with my mom and stayed to fight to get her home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!“
