My Mom has her Hair permed here once a month by Gene himself, and he does an awesome perm on my Mom's Hair. My Mom would like to highly recommend Gene's Hair Salon that is seeking for a very good Hair Salon that does awesome permanents by Gene himself or one of his other Hair Stylists.
