Carol is excellent, and nice to boot. She always get things done well, quickly, and with a smile. I see a review above says that she wasn't taking new clients -- I don't know if that's the case anymore. But I would say, for anyone, calling back is worth it because they could always have new openings. Seems a really strange reason to give someone 1 star.
