Joe is an outstanding cooling and Air guy he has morals about doing good work and pricing fairly and standing behind his work..Now I've read some reviews that weren't too favorable for him but I must interject that Joe has been in business for over 40 years.And in that amount of time I'm sure there were a few corks that happened here and there and that happens with any business anywhere.

A couple months ago me and my fiance woke up on a Saturday early morning noticing not only was there a layer of snow on the ground but we both woke up freezing cold. I immediately Got out of bed and Checked the thermostat and it was set on 72 Degrees but it was saying was 59ﾟ in the house. I walked down to my basement and nothing had looks out of the ordinary So Unfortunately that gave me The obvious clue that something was either wrong with my Heater in my basement or it had completely took a dump. Fortunately I had gotten a recommendation from a friend Right before the cold weather began this year About Joe and his crew being a top notch yet affordable heating and air and company for their regular maintenance on his buisness that most people in Dayton know as Cheeks Gentlemen Club. I Googled Joe's heating and air and also seen many other 4 to 5 star ratings about him and his company and also that he was open on Saturdays. I called him right up, told him the situation and he arrivated within an hour to give me the diagnosis and estimate for free. Luckily I just needed a new part that had gone bad but I felt his total estimate price was reasonable and fair so I agreed and he immediately sent one of his crew members to get the part while he stayed and took off the old one and by the time his worker was back and Joe replaced the part, I had my heat back on full blast within an hour or two. He gave me his card and told me to call him up at anytime if anything were to happen again and my fiance and I have been warm and cozy since. Very happy with my desicion to call Joe's heating and air and I would recommend him to my family and friends anytime.

Joe was prompt, professional and his pricing was very fair when installing a new furnace and ac at my rental property. I even had him come give a second opinion at my home when another company said I needed to get my ac replaced (they were supposed to be there just to do a tuneup). Joe helped me avoid wasting thousands of dollars and reassured me that no, I should not replace my ac. If he would have told me I needed a new one, I would have bought it and from him—but joe is the kind of guys more contractors should aspire to be—he valued giving me the truth (that I’ve still got a few years on my unit) over getting another sale. Highly recommend joe
