Called to see if they took my insurance and to see if they did fillings for I had an filling come out, they lady on the phone was not helpful. She expressed that there a was wait to be seen and when I said sign me up for an app on August first she let out an audible sigh of disappointment and then proceeded to take my info. She yeah ums me tell we get to the insurance portion and mind you we had come to an understanding that they took my insurance, she asked me to mail her a copy to make sure that I have coverage. I know what my plan is, they agreed that they take it but then wanted me to also provide them with a copy so that they can double check before I came in. Lol...read full review

I have had a few dentist in my life. This guy is by far the BEST! You never feel pain and he is so knowledgeable! My family and I will always be his patients! I cant recommend him enough!

Dr. Heck saw me for the first time when I was pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. I needed a root canal. His office was beyond accommodating and kind. As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, they have made each trip as comfortable as possible. I’m now going on year 3 at this office with no plans of leaving.
