“Stacy's Flooring did a fantastic job installing luxury vinyl in our basement, a full bathroom, and kitchen which extended into our laundry/mud room and half bath. From our visit to their showroom with Zach Stacy to swift installation with a week, followed by professional installation by Trent and Cody, everything went smoothly and quickly. Zach always answered phone and texts for any questions we had. During the installation, Trent and Cody would pause work for heading checks or show us options for our approval before proceeding. We have a radon system, so two floor drains had to be operating but also closed if not needed. We worked with them to jointly decide on pop-up drains which are attractive and operate when needed. Trent and Cody were even able to lay flooring under the fridge and washer and dryer without any issues. They happily addressed any questions or concerns we had, plus were always on time! Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. They painted, installed new floors, did structural repairs, remodeled a bath, and much more- and the work was remarkable!
