For some reason, they are unable/unwilling to process insurance properly. I am retired military and of Medicare age, but covered by military Tricare for Life. However, I have a Federal Vision Plan to cover routine vision exams. I had a routine vision exam in March, and since then have driven to the office twice because they will not bill my Federal Vision Plan. This is still unresolved.

I would not even give one star because that's how bad they are. I have waited more than 3 weeks for a trial sample of my contact lens prescription. I've finally hit the desperate stage of having no more lenses left and no prescription for a new years worth. All I get is the run around. I'd say this was just a bad year but this is my 3rd time where they have been incompetent. Once I get my lenses and prescription I will never ever be back again. My suggestion to anyone looking for an eye clinic locally would be DON'T GO THERE!

I am very happy and satisfied with my eye care received at the Fairborn Vision Center. My whole experience from my time with the doctor to selection of glasses was very professional. I have gone there a long time, not just for vision, but also for diabetes care, and continue to be extremely happy with all aspects of the care I've received.
