My technician, Trey (Dominic) Bailey, was the best. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing in detail. He was challenged with the issue I had with my water heater and reached out to his boss to confirm his diagnosis. He had to run to Home Depot twice and was very patient through the entire job, as though he had no other job to do, except for mine. Thank you Trey!

This review is for a conversion from a hot water boiler to a forced air furnace and air conditioner. The installation staff were professional, timely, and responsive to all my questions, concerns, and installation ideas. Their work was excellent quality and the final product looks professional and efficient, even though it’s an aftermarket conversion as opposed to an original installation when the home was built. The sales staff worked with me and addressed all concerns while also providing financing options to assist me with my purchase. Highly recommend for any HVAC and plumbing work.Services: Installation
