“This summer has tested both of our dogs. Dr. Melissa Smith and her amazing staff have been so helpful.<br><br>Our younger dog Freya seemed to live there with her seasonal allergies and skin issues. We tried a couple different options until we found 1 that FINALLY works for her allergies so she doesn't have constant red, swollen skin anymore. Freya also has so much anxiey and is scared of people but us. She learned to love the tech that helped the Dr due to her calm and friendly personality. Freya actually seems to walk in without being scared anymore.<br><br>Sadie our older dog had her surgery today for teeth extraction, (don't give them hard chew toys ?) teeth cleaning, and mass removal on eyelid. I loved how they called me before proceeding after they found something extra. I appreciated the Dr's thorough explanation of what they found and what it could mean if we went forward or didn't. She made me feel very confident in her work. Someone stays with your animal the whole time during recovery. It warmed my heart to hear the tech say Sadie kept putting her paw on her after surgery, which tells me she was comfortable with the person taking care of her. They had nothing but good words to say about my sweet girl. Dental xrays were also shown to me and where they did the extractions. They go over in detail all the meds and how to use them. I was even shown in office how to apply the medicine to her eye by the tech who supplied the 1st dose to Sadie.<br>Sadie is doing so well at home. Day 1 of bringing her back she's already wanting to eat her boiled chicken even with extractions with drinking water. I do love the medicine alternatives they gave me after realizing she couldn't have certain 1s.<br><br>They quoted me a specific amount and I was shocked it was slightly less when I went to pay. Much appreciated. Prices are not too bad either. The Saturday appointments are always appreciated too.<br><br>Thank you everyone from front staff to back. Every single person is amazing with my fur children ❤️“

In summary, Nova was extremely anxious and scared, but the staff was patient with both of us and did everything to make her feel as safe as possible. “I just moved to Cleveland and did not yet have a vet for my cats. One of my cats suddenly stopped eating, so I called Dr. Bedi because LoveNCare is the closest vet to me. I expected to be put on a waitlist or given an appointment several weeks out, but he told me to come in the very next morning! The office is clean and organized, we did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Bedi and his vet tech were professional, kind, and treated my cat very well. Dr. Bedi immediately identified the problem and treated my cat. He explained everything he was doing and asked me before adding any additional services. He also went over the bill with me before and after the visit!
