THE GLASS BLOCK WINDOW WAS BROKEN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BRUCE, THE OWNER, PROMPTLY ANSWERED MY CALL AND GAVE ME A PRICE FOR THE COMPLETE INSTALLATION. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, LEFT THE PLACE ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS!I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.WOULD USE THEM AGAIN (HOPEFULLY I WON'T NEED TO) RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GLASS BLOCK REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR INSTALLMENT!
