These guys came out and repaired my hot water heater that was still under a parts warranty, and installed a new kitchen faucet for me. They did a great job for a really fair price. Couldn't have asked for better service! They showed me how to drain my hot water heater to avoid the lime and hard water deposits that burned out my bottom heating element, too. They will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Whenever I have a heating or plumbing issue (furnace venturies needed cleaning), new water heater, drain opening or water valve replacements, Joe Schmitt and Sons is the only place I need (or want) to call!

I would highly recomend Joe Schmitt. My new water heater lower element burtout and Joe came out and repaired it quickly under warranty. He did not install this water heater, but came quickly and helped my family. Very professional and with 50yrs of experiance he really made us feel comfortable and gave us alot of tips!
