“We; unfortunately, had Pink Energy install our solar panels and then they went out of business. Of course, their equipment went bad, and we did not know who to contact. We were referred by a friend to Garber Electric and got a hold of Sean Gade, the solar project specialist. He came out with a technician and quickly found our problem was a bad inverter and an outdated wifi card. They were able to fix it promptly.

About a month later, it went off again. We contacted Sean just to see when he could send a technician. He came out the next day and found that we had blown a fuse. We got new fuses, but that did not fix it. He then discovered our disconnect box (also installed by Pink Energy) was going bad.

We have learned not to go with the out-of-state, cheaper companies, but to stay local. Garber Electric (specifically Sean) has gone out of their way to keep our solar panels up and running. We will continue to work with them in the future!“
