This is a long time coming and I apologize for the delay…my mother was a customer for Camp Canine and her Mitchie just loved his time there! He was always so excited to arrive and was completely worn out when he came home. The owners…I’ve never really had the opportunity to sit and talk with them, however, when my mom passed away unexpectedly and we were not able to bring Mitchie home with us they opened early, told us to let him stay as long as we needed. They were a huge source of comfort for us during a very difficult time and for that I will forever be in their debt. Camp Canine is hands down, the best dog boarding place around. The owners, Don & Janet, are amazing. They are loving and so committed to our fur babies. There are NO CAGES (unless absolutely necessary, I'm sure). My fur baby gets to play and romp with her friends all day & all night. They have a huge back yard to run in (fenced) and comfy chairs to sit & sleep in. I would 100% recommend Camp Canine to every person looking to board their dog. It's important that you allow time to take your fur baby in before your boarding date to make sure it's a good fit. The owners are friendly and the arrangement is a unique alternative to your typical kennel. They are not accommodating to altering their hours for pickup on Sundays, otherwise would give 5 stars.
