I am a beginner at meditation and yoga. I’ve tried other places and didn’t feel the comfort and safety that The hive definitely offers.The hive feels like a family atmosphere I’ve enjoyed the lunar moon retreat+online yoga, meditation practice.
We have the greatest belly dance instructor ever and a real Sisterhood environment at the Hive. Melissa teaches Tribal Fusion Style, with great choreographies that we perform a few times a year at different venues.
Love love love the belly dancing classes! Melissa couldn’t be more patient and is a gentle soul. She genuinely cares about people’s mental and physical state. I’ve only known her for an extremely short while but she’s is someone that you’re comfortable with immediately. Did I say I love the belly dancing classes??? Lol
