He goes out of his way to make sure you understand how the machine you're renting operates, and let's you know any tips to get the job completed more efficiently, as well as making sure it's adequit for what you are trying to accomplish. I have been renting machine's from him for many year's, and am always leaving satisfied, more importantly having finished successfully with whatever task I'm trying to complete. ?????
