“The first thing he did fixed my phone. It took less than 5 minutes. I'm astounded. He knew what was wrong after I told me him what the phone was doing, before I even gave it to him. He is the Asst Store Mgr (Jacob) and when I asked for his name he gave it then said that all the techs there were very competent.
