I’ve donated around ten times now. The staff has always been polite and professional. Kennedy and Aliyah (I think I might be spelling their name wrong) are definitely the nicest and sweetest.

For the most part it's a good experience. Most everyone is friendly. They get you in and out within good timing. Facility is semi clean. However every time they check blood pressure my arm ends up so sore that it's bruised the next day. I wish they would be more careful with ones arm. Stop using automatic blood pressure machine.
