Review of Our Urgent Care Visit
I recently took my mom to a Cleveland Clinic urgent care, and while the care she received was excellent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
The Good: Dr. Kus, the provider we saw, was phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring my mom received the right medications and care. Her professionalism and attention to detail were reassuring during a stressful visit.

The wait time to see a physician can be a bit on the longer side when the urgent care is busy but nothing compared to the wait at University/EMH ER. The doctors are always very fast, friendly and efficient once taken back to be treated. I would highly recommend this urgent care for minor injuries, flu and strep testing and sports physicals.
We arrived first thing in the morning on a Sunday fearing my husband had a broken ankle. We learned they do not offer x-rays at this location when the medical building is closed. We took our chances and still saw the emergency room "Dr" in hopes of getting any kind of information. The CNP ordered an x-ray that we would have had to drive to Avon or Fairview to have done and then wait for a phone call back from them with the results. What a waste of time and money. We truly learned more from Google. What emergency room doesn't have an x-ray machine or offer any information at all??
