My son had a pipe burst at his home at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and I called 5 other places and Washam was the only one eho could help ASAP. Jimmie was our tech and he was absolutely the best, getting the issue fixed promptly and giving us ideas to cleanup the water in the carpet. Will definitely use Washam for our plumbing needs if we need too again.
The guys that came were very knowledgeable on what they do. My biggest thing though was the professionalism they showed whenever we had a customer walk in. The stepped aside and let us do our thing to get the customer in and out smoothly. I’m sure pausing your job to let someone else do theirs had to be annoying but they powered through it and got the job done correctly. Another key I’d like to point out is the way they left the job site. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Some companies I’ve hired weren’t as respectful and left the messes of a job behind for us to clean up. We also weren’t very prepared and couldn’t get the main water shut off...read full review
I've been using Washam for years. They've kept my old heater and airconditioner running as long as possible. I just had them replace my airconditioner after it finally ran out, and they once again did a great job. Service was quick and efficient. The technicians were friendly, patient, and professional. Would recommend if your looking for quality.
