“The guys that came were very knowledgeable on what they do. My biggest thing though was the professionalism they showed whenever we had a customer walk in. The stepped aside and let us do our thing to get the customer in and out smoothly. I’m sure pausing your job to let someone else do theirs had to be annoying but they powered through it and got the job done correctly. Another key I’d like to point out is the way they left the job site. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Some companies I’ve hired weren’t as respectful and left the messes of a job behind for us to clean up. We also weren’t very prepared and couldn’t get the main water shut off before they came because we didn’t even know that was a thing that had to be done but they worked around that until we was able to get the water shut off. Only complaint I can really say is they don’t break down what cost are. Labor, parts,fees etc. so if you need an itemized receipt “they don’t do that there” and you may get belittled when asking for an itemized receipt and scorned like a child. But all in all was a great experience and another project done!“
