Teresa, the person who took the call, was kind, understanding, and assured the customer that a technician would be sent the next day. True to their word, Rob and his assistant Kirk, arrived early, positive, professional, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I would like to think Rob from Lowman heating and air. I had just got a new a.c. unit from them and they following day my blower motor went out. Needless to say when temperatures are the hottest. He went well and above dutie to fix it for me and my kids until my new part comes in. So grateful for the fix. Thank you. I highly recommend him
