We have been going to Richards for quite some time now. I would have to say we have not had any complaints in any of those situations.
They always have been very accommodating and friendly.

Richards Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning have been servicing my house for years. You cannot find more honest, hard working people anywhere like this in my area. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing, sewer or pipe issues
Needed service quickly. A backed up septic tank will do that to ya. They made it next morning and got their equipment in and got to work. They ran a camera after the first flush out and spotted serious debris that another contractor had washed down the basement drain two days prior. It took a 2nd trip and removal of a section of pipe in the basement floor. But Scott, Nick, and the guy whose name I can't remember took care of business quickly. Replaced the pipe, repaired the floor, and cleaned up professionally. At the price they had quoted. Happy to recommend Richard's for any plumbing problem. These guys know their stuff.
