They showed up on time they were always in constant contact with me anytime I had a question my call was returned almost immediately. They installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, dining room and living room. They painted all of the rooms and they refinished my original hardwood floors and stained them. After the job was completed Jah made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied before asking for final payment. They even came and thoroughly cleaned the floors after all of the work was done they left everything flawless. Oddly, the carpeting was more expensive than the hard flooring that we we're discussing. If the price could have been brought down a little more, I would have been completely happy. “We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way.
