We later learned that we were assisted by the owners of the company as many of their associates were unavailable on a Sunday! We were so impressed with their dedication to their company and their customers. Incredibly grateful to them for taking time out of their day/weekend to assist our family. What a fabulous business. Ecolawn has attentively worked on our lawn for many years. We are in an untamed area with grasses we did not plant. Ecolawn has tamed the entire area and maintains it weed-free. All technicians and owner Don Zerby take time to understand our problems and successes in this country setting.
The temperature was 7° and the wind chill of -10°. It was at 10pm. They asked the temperature in the house. I told them and I was ok because I had some space heaters. They said they would call in the morning. They were here by 915. Everything fixed and reasonable.
Next day service. He was polite, neat new his business and explained what he was doing. And provided excellent service. I will definitely recommend this company.
Called Sean on a Saturday because our washing machine was leaking in a place I couldn't fix. Not expecting it on a weekend, he found the part and came over the same day to make the repair. Great job!
