I'm posting for my mom... The staff was very helpful. I went to see them because my mom's glasses broke. She's in her 90s, very limited mobility, and legally deaf. It would be really difficult on both of us to have to bring her in for a visit. So instead the staff was nice enough to use her old glasses to make new ones. Thank you so much. You saved me so hassle.

Honestly best optician I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a couple questions about everything that happened in Salem and got told that Ohio has some of the most extreme vision care laws she answered everything I asked and never was short with anything Salem needs to change there times of being open if the optician leaves at 5

Was told my kids glasses were ready but got there and was told the optometrist wasn't in and was told they would call when his glasses were ready and received nothing had to call them after 2 weeks and when I called the person had a snobby attitude with me because they had to go look to see if they were ready
