Detwiler Eyecare provides a welcoming and courteous atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and informative on prices and options, including a layaway plan. The eye doctor is thorough, performing tests others may not, and takes time to chat with patients. Customers report not feeling like a number or rushed. The overall experience is highly recommended, with many choosing to switch and continue going there for their eyecare needs.
I have a long story to share!! My previous eye Dr stopped taking my insurance so I got online and called many places to see who would take my insurance (no I don't call the number on the back of the card cause that don't usually work) so I found a place and silly me since I called so many I thought it was a place in Austintown they said it was next to coaches so I go to that eye Dr next to coaches and they didn't have me as a patient so I called that number back and here they were in East Liverpool but the receptionist was so wonderful and told me about the sister location in Austintown and I got lucky they had a cancellation so I was able to take it, it was my mistake...read full review
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EYE DOCTOR!Went to Detwiler Eyecare, to get glasses. The atmosphere is so welcoming, from them answering the phone for a question, to picking out frames, Eye Doctor coming out chating with a patient, very informative on prices for added things for your glasses, a layaway plan, in all my life of going to eye doctors in California and Ohio, I've never experienced such welcoming courteous atmosphere. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs too. I did not feel like a number nor did I feel rushed! So I switched to start going here ?
