I had an excellent experience. Dr. Blake took his time and showed he cared about my vision. I haven't seen this well in years. I changed optometrists because after spending a $1,000 between my glasses and contacts, I still couldn't see. I went to Dr. Blake at Walmart, and found I had been given the wrong prescription. He found my correct prescription through examination and now I can see and it cost me a fraction of the cost! Thank you, Dr. Blake!!
Excellent service every time! The doctrine staff are amazing and take care of your every need! Nikon lenses and frames that are affordable and still very fashionable. I've been customer for 3 years now this team put your needs first and helps you be mindful of your bank account!
Even though I was unable to order my contacts through Walmart Vision center due to them being out of my network the gentleman who helped me (Mr.Hall) was phenomenal! We had great conversation and he was able to point me in the right direction to get my contact prescription filled and also made me aware that if I ever needed my glasses adjusted Walmart can do it at no charge. I want to thank Mr. Hall as today's customer service in many industries is lacing and he is a breath of fresh air. I will be calling tomorrow to talk to the manager to advise them of how awesome this gentleman was. Thanks again!
